The Christian Institute will be at Swindon Evangelical Church on Tuesday 17th September to give updates on the following topics:
FAMILY
The Bible is clear that raising children is primarily the responsibility of parents. We should be wary of the state’s growing tendency to overreach its proper role and undermine parental authority. We will explain more.
GOSPEL FREEDOM
A true understanding of tolerance and the roots of our democratic freedoms is essential to gospel liberty. The Ashers case has given fresh profile to issues of conscience. We will discuss the implications of the judgment.
GENDER IDEOLOGY
Radical gender ideology is being pushed by the media and the Government plans to make it easier to change legal sex. At the same time, transgenderism is being promoted in schools. We will consider how Christians should respond.
